A Champion Trike kit needs to be purchased and installed by an authorized Champion dealer. The coupon needs to be filled out completely to be valid and will be paid at the time when the referral's trike order has been fully paid and shipped.

$500 Dealer Referral Coupon - Terms & Conditions
Only new dealers can qualify for the dealer referral. New dealers must be approved by Champion. Champion will only pay $500 for the dealer referral after the terms and conditions of the dealership agreement have been met and the dealer has been shipped his first trike order.*
